Limited Warranty:

Deepshield™ products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship, and conform to Deepshield™ quality control standards. The purchaser shall rely upon their own information to determine the suitability of the product for its intended use. The purchaser assumes all risk, loss, damage, expense and liability of whatsoever kind or nature resulting from their use of the product. Deepshield™ shall not be liable to the purchaser or any other party whether directly or indirectly for any injury, loss or damage of whatsoever kind or whatsoever nature directly or indirectly resulting from use of the product. Deepshield™ sole responsibility shall be to replace that portion of the product which proves to be defective. Any warranty claim must be made to Deepshield™ in writing within seven (7) days from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only if the product was properly used and applied by a suitably qualified tradesperson AND all application and use instructions were adhered to AND provided the product was properly stored prior to use. 


Any advice given is of a general nature only and is not to be taken as professional or trade advice. Customers should at all times defer to and obtain professional or trade advice of their own and from a suitably qualified professional or trade-person. Deepshield™ will not be responsible or liable for damages, claims or in any other way for any advice given herein. The customer acknowledges that they must always rely upon professional or trade advice when using or applying Deepshield™ products. 

Refunds / Exchanges:

Due to the nature of products supplied and to maintain strict quality control standards, Deepshield™ do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect choice or tinted products as enforced under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Returns are at the sole and absolute discretion of Deepshield™. If a return is agreed to, return any UNOPENED containers of product to us strictly within seven (7) days of the purchase date.

Retain your receipt and tracking information and contact Deepshield™. Following delivery of the product and inspection of the returned goods we will issue a full refund less a 20% restock fee covering material testing, handling, payment processing.
Buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
Returned products are not entitled to reimbursement of any cumulative discounts.


Default method for delivery is “Authority To Leave”. If “Signature On Delivery” is required, customer must arrange pick-up via customers own courier account. 
For buyer/seller protection, purchases made via Paypal will only be shipped to the paypal shipping address.
There is no despatch on Wednesdays, or delivery on Public Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. Shipping times may vary during the holiday season, Christmas and Easter. 
Deliveries to remote locations may incur extra delivery delays.
Deepshield™ are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

All Products listed within Deepshield™ online shop will be shipped from either Deepshield™ or our supplier’s warehouse.
Dependent on stock levels, we aim to dispatch the following business day of receiving an order. In certain circumstances, please allow up to two additional working days. Day of order is not inclusive of estimated delivery times. 

Any delivery date or time specified by Deepshield™ is a best estimate only and Deepshield™ will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Deepshield™ are unable to accept responsibility for delays on the part of courier services and shipping companies. Under no circumstances will a replacement be dispatched due to a delay within 14 days of purchase date.
Shipping times can vary due to a number of factors. If a delivery has not arrived within 14 days of purchase date, the Purchaser must inform Deepshield™ customer service department. Deepshield™ shall then contact its authorised carrier to initiate an enquiry. Enquiries may take some time but we aim to resolve all delivery problems within one (1) week from the day of the complaint. 

Order Delivery Limitations:

To switch an online order from Shipping to Store Pickup, please email within one hour of placing your order stating order number.  After such time, under no circumstances can Deepshield™ reverse an online order scheduled for delivery to an in store pickup. This includes and is not limited to a change of mind due to a delayed delivery. In addition, Deepshield™ will not provide an in store replacement without payment.

Shipping Costs:

Deepshield™ utilizes complex formulas to determine the most cost effective means of calculating shipping costs. Calculation of freight costs is automatically carried out by our software via our checkout.

Additional Transit Insurance (Australia Only):

All goods ordered, paid for in full and have been dispatched from our premises become the property of the customer and all risk of loss or damage in delivery is transferred to the customer. Deepshield™ via checkout offer all customers the option of transit insurance for compensation for loss or damage to goods up to a value of $500 in transit only. Deepshield™ is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft to any product during shipping. 

Transit insurance does not cover missing items once delivered including authority to leave items where customer is not present for delivery. 
Goods are sold on an ex-warehouse basis. Deepshield™ responsibility for any damage to goods or loss of goods during delivery ends when an order has left our distribution point. We hereby advise customers to purchase optional transit insurance at checkout. Freight companies utilised by Deepshield™ offer no compensation for lost or damaged items without the purchase of additional transit insurance.

Customers who receive insured items with missing or damaged contents should: 

1. Refuse signing for goods upon delivery or if “Authority to Leave”, 

2. Inform Deepshield™ within 24 hours by forwarding photos of damaged items. 
In the case of a lost shipment or damaged items, no claim may be made when customer elects not to be covered by purchasing additional transit insurance at checkout. Claims for insured lost items will be made after Deepshield™ have confirmation of a lost item by the delivery company in question. 
All of our products are sent using the most reliable courier and freight services available.

Expected Wear

Lifespan as indicated may be achieved in many applications though application method, cleaning methods, substrate type, weather – exposure to elements and traffic will affect wear. The use of solvents, acids and alkalis will seriously reduce a sealers lifespan.

Coverage Rates:
All coverage rates stated are theoretical and can vary dramatically depending on the porosity of the substrate.

Product images are for illustration purposes as labels/containers may differ from actual product.
