How to Measure Size in m²

It is simple to calculate the square metre size of an area.

When measuring rectangular shaped areas. Just multiply the length by the width in metres and you have the answer.

When measuring more complex shapes it is best to divide them into separate rectangles and then add them together to get a total area.

TRANSPARENT PENETRATING SEALER APPLICATION

  • This product is designed to be used on porous surfaces only. Do not use this product to seal a polished or glazed surface.
  • Surface to be treated should be clean and absorbent. Product can be applied to damp surfaces.
  • Protect any adjacent areas by masking to avoid splashes or overspray onto surfaces not intended to be treated.
  • Apply this sealer liberally, by low pressure sprayer, lambswool applicator, bristle broom, paint brush or roller.
  • Flood coat the surface to achieve a "wet" look. It is best to agitate the product into slightly denser surfaces.
  • Leave for 5 to 20 minutes then reapply a second coat whilst still wet.
  • Do not allow the product to pool on the surface.
  • Wipe or buff excess product off the surface after 5 minutes with a clean dry cloth or floor pad.
  • Allow surface to dry, full curing will take 24 hours, however, surface can be walked on after 4 hours.
  • Do not allow surface to get wet until the sealer has fully cured (24 hours).

COLOUR ENHANCING PENETRATING SEALER APPLICATION

GROUT SEALER APPLICATION

  • This product is designed for use on porous grout lines only.
  • Grout lines to be treated should be clean and absorbent. Product can be applied to damp surfaces.
  • Do not seal the grout until cured, allow minimum of 3 days before application.
  • Protect any adjacent areas by masking to avoid splashes or overspray onto surfaces not intended to be treated.
  • Apply product liberally to grout lines using a pad or brush.
  • Flood coat the grout lines to achieve a “wet” look.
  • Leave for 5 to 20 minutes then reapply a second coat whilst still wet.
  • Do not allow product to dry on the tiles. Wipe excess product off after 5 minutes with a clean, dry cloth.
  • Allow grout lines to dry, full curing will take 24 hours, however, surface can be walked on after 2-4 hours dependent on drying conditions.
  • Clean tools with water.
  • Do not allow sealed grout to get wet until the sealer has fully cured (24 hours).

GOLD TRANSPARENT PENETRATING SEALER APPLICATION

  • Always perform a trial on a small test patch prior to application.
  • The surface to be treated can be dry or remain damp, but it must be clean.
  • Protect adjacent areas not intended for application against splashing or overspray.
  • Apply Deepshield® GOLD liberally, by low-pressure sprayer, lambs wool applicator, bristle broom, paintbrush or roller.
  • Flood coat the surface to achieve a "wet" look.
  • Leave for 5-20 minutes then reapply a second coat while surface is still wet.
  • Do not allow the product to pool on the surface. Wipe or buff off extra Deepshield® GOLD after 5 minutes with a clean dry cloth or a floor pad.
  • Allow to dry. Surfaces can be walked on after 4 hours. Full curing requires 24 hours.
  • Do not allow surfaces to become wet until the sealer has fully cured.

PH NEUTRAL CLEANER APPLICATION

  • Sweep, vacuum or dust surfaces to be cleaned.
  • Deepshield pH neutral cleaner can be diluted up to 50 parts water for one part solution depending on application.
  • Deepshield recommend using a 10 to 1 mix on floors.
  • Always perform a trial on a small test patch prior to application.
  • Apply Solution to surface with spray, mop or sponge.
  • Leave for up to 10 minutes, before agitating with a natural brush or scrub pad.
  • Do not allow solution to dry on the surface.
  • Remove cleaner by using a brush, a cloth, high pressure hosing or a sweeping/scrubbing machine.
  • Change the cleaning solution every 25metres or as needed.
  • Clean tools used with water before the solution dries.

UNIVERSAL CLEANER APPLICATION

  • Avoid contact with aluminium surfaces.
  • Sweep, vacuum or dust surfaces to be cleaned.
  • Deepshield® Universal Cleaner can be diluted up to 50 parts water for one part solution depending on application.
  • Deepshield recommend using a 10 to 1 mix on floors.
  • Always perform a trial on a small test patch prior to application.
  • Apply Solution to surface with spray, mop or sponge.
  • Leave for up to 10 minutes, before agitating with a natural brush or scrub pad.
  • Do not allow solution to dry on the surface.
